Like covering other members of your family with a health plan, you can protect your pets with a PetPartners group pet insurance plan. Don’t forget, you must reelect pet insurance each year to maintain your coverage.
How It Works
Base Plan
After a benefit waiting period, coverage is available for illnesses and accidents (such as ingestion of a foreign object, poisoning, animal bites, dental trauma and fractures). The base plan covers medically necessary supplies and treatment, including emergency care and prescriptions, with an optional wellness benefit available to keep your pet healthy.
After meeting a $250 annual deductible, this plan reimburses 80% of covered expenses, up to an annual maximum of $5,000 for pets older than eight weeks as of the policy’s effective date. Rates for dogs are based on age and weight. Rates for cats are based on age.
Optional Wellness Benefit
If you enroll in the Base Plan, you have the option of adding a wellness benefit, which provides up to $400 annual coverage for preventive and wellness activities, including vaccines; flea, tick and heartworm prevention; testing, spay/neuter; microchipping and office wellness exams.

Frequently Asked Questions
You will need to reelect your pet insurance coverage for 2025 during Open Enrollment. At this time, you will have the opportunity to update your coverage selection and add additional pet policies for multiple pets.
You can enroll in ONEOK’s group pet insurance by visiting the Pet Enrollment Portal and entering your work email address. If you have any issues logging in, please contact the PetPartners Customer Care Team at 800-956-2495 or email mypolicy@petpartners.com.
You can enroll your existing pet(s) during Open Enrollment or during your new hire period. If you decide not to enroll your pet(s) during either of these opportunities, then you must wait until ONEOK’s next annual Open Enrollment.
If you get a new pet during the year due to marriage, divorce, adoption or purchase, then your newly acquired pet may qualify for a special enrollment period. You must enroll your pet within 31 days of the qualified life event.
If you need to unenroll a pet, make changes in the PetPartners portal within the current month. Premiums will only be refunded for the current month.
