How to Enroll

Get the Benefits You Need

You get benefits on day one at ONEOK. Some are automatic, meaning you don’t have to actively enroll in them to use them. Many require you to actively enroll within 15 days of your hire date. If you don’t actively enroll in a medical plan, you’ll default to the Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan with coverage for you only.

KNOW WHO’S ELIGIBLE

You’re eligible if you’re a ONEOK employee.

A legal spouse/domestic partner is eligible for ONEOK benefits if they are your:

  • Legal Spouse: Recognized as your legal spouse for the purpose of federal income tax laws.
  • Domestic Partner: Not your legal spouse but are in a committed relationship with you and neither of you is married to or legally separated from anyone else.

Your child(ren) or qualified dependents are eligible for ONEOK benefits if they are your:

  • Natural or step child.
  • Domestic Partner child.
  • Adopted or foster child.
  • Qualified Medical Child Support Order.
