Seeing a Medical Provider
Health care is not one-size-fits-all, which is why the ONEOK Health Plan offers multiple options including onsite and near-site clinics, and virtual options.
Do This
Find an in-network provider
Both the Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan and High Deductible Health Plan offer in- and out-of-network benefits. However, if you choose an in-network provider, you’ll receive the greatest benefit. If you choose an out-of-network provider, you’ll still receive care, but your out-of-pocket costs will be higher. To find an in-network provider, connect with a Care Guide through the Medefy app to receive a recommendation for a highly ranked network provider in your area. You can also access the UnitedHealthcare (UHC) app.

Receive your medical ID card
You may need to provide your medical ID card upon arriving for your medical appointment. ID cards will be mailed to your home address in Workday. If you need to access services prior to receiving your ID card, you can download it from the Medefy or UHC app.
Consider a virtual visit
You have the option to speak with a doctor virtually from your computer or mobile device without an appointment, available 24/7. This may be a preferable option if you’re looking to save money without having to leave your home. Doctors may even be able to write you a prescription, if needed.
To access virtual care providers, login to the UHC app.
use careatc
Access a CareATC clinic near you for low-cost alternative health care at ONEOK Plaza in Tulsa, Oklahoma, or in Sidney, Montana, or Watford City, North Dakota. Other locations vary by state. Visit CareATC to help with:
- Routine medical care.
- Colds and mild flu.
- Immunizations.
- Health screenings.
- Allergies.
- Bladder infections/UTIs.
- Minor injuries.
- Mild rashes.
- Pink eye.
- Bronchitis.
- Sinus infections.
See a specialist
The ONEOK Health Plan does not require referrals to see a specialist. Just choose a specialist from the UHC website, or have Medefy recommend one, and schedule the appointment.
Seeing a Dental Provider
One plan, two great networks — the Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan and the Premier. Both are administered by Delta Dental of Oklahoma, cover the same services, but they differ in the amount you’ll pay for care.
Do This
Find a dentist
ONEOK’s dental policy is with Delta Dental of Oklahoma. If you choose a dentist in the PPO network, you’ll receive the greatest benefit. If you choose a dentist in the Premier network, you’ll still receive network savings, but your out-of-pocket costs will be higher than with a PPO dentist.
Use the Medefy app to find an in-network dentist.
GET MY ID CARD
You shouldn’t need an ID card for your appointment, but if you’d like to print one, visit Delta Dental and log in to your account. You can also view an electronic ID card in the Medefy app’s ID card wallet.

Seeing a Vision Provider
You have one vision plan option administered by MetLife, which uses the VSP network and covers routine eye exams, lenses, frames and contacts. While the plan covers in- and out-of-network services, you receive greater coverage if you use in-network providers.
Do This
Find an in-network provider
MetLife uses the VSP network of providers, from which you can choose in- and out-of-network benefits. An in-network provider will provide you with the greatest benefit, whereas you will receive higher out-of-pocket costs if you select an out-of-network provider. To find an in-network provider, contact a Care Guide through the Medefy app to receive a recommendation, or visit the MetLife website.
